Everything you need to know about AR Collector — how it works, how it's licensed, and how it integrates with QuickBooks.

Yes. AR Collector operates under CA DCLA License #11445-99, which authorizes us to conduct collection activity on behalf of our customers. Every call is made under our license and complies with TCPA, CalFDCPA, GLBA, and CCPA.
No. Because AR Collector is the licensed entity making the calls, your business doesn't need its own license. We operate as the collector of record.
Yes. Every script includes mandatory disclosures: the call is being recorded, the caller is a debt collector, the purpose of the call, and opt-out instructions. All scripts have been reviewed by compliance counsel.
If a customer disputes a debt during a call, the AI flags it and immediately suspends all outreach for that invoice. You are notified in your dashboard. No further contact is made until you review and take action.
AR Collector is an official Intuit App Partner. You connect via secure OAuth — no passwords shared. We pull your past-due invoices in real time and sync payment status back to QuickBooks automatically when a customer pays.
When a customer pays via the SMS or email payment link, the payment is processed and automatically posted back to the correct invoice in QuickBooks. AR Collector immediately stops all outreach for that invoice.
Yes. You can exclude specific customers, invoice amounts, or customer tags with one click in your dashboard. Excluded customers will never be contacted by AR Collector.
AR Collector uses a cascade approach: Voice AI call → voicemail (if unanswered) → SMS with payment link → email reminder. All touchpoints are timed intelligently and logged in your dashboard.
Our Voice AI sounds like a professional billing representative — not a robocall. All scripts are pre-approved, include required disclosures, and are operated under our license.
Calls go out Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm in the customer's local time zone, which is TCPA-compliant. You can also restrict calling hours further in your settings.
Correct. AR Collector is flat-rate SaaS. You pay a fixed monthly fee ($99–$299/mo) and keep 100% of every dollar recovered. We never take a cut of collections.
Full access to your selected plan for 14 days. No credit card required to start. You're only billed if you continue after the trial ends.
Yes. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. If you cancel mid-month, you retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Under 4 minutes. Click 'Start Free Trial,' create your account, connect QuickBooks via OAuth (30 seconds), and AR Collector immediately pulls your invoices. Set your rules and you're live.
No. AR Collector is entirely cloud-based. There's nothing to install. You access your dashboard at app.arcollector.ai from any browser.
AR Collector is licensed and bonded in California under CA DCLA License #11445-99. For business-to-business collections, our California license authorizes us to conduct outreach to your customers in all 50 states — regardless of where they are located. Your business can be anywhere. Your customers can be anywhere. We cover all of it.
Every call includes verbal opt-out instructions ("press 9 or say 'remove me' at any time"). Every SMS includes "Reply STOP to opt out." Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Opt-outs are logged immediately and that customer is removed from all future outreach automatically — across all channels, permanently.
AR Collector is fully compliant with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We access only the invoice-related data needed to facilitate collection on your behalf — customer name, amount owed, contact information, and payment status. We never access bank accounts, credit data, payroll, or tax information. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) and is never sold or shared with third parties.
SalesMonster AI, LLC is the parent entity that holds CA DCLA License #11445-99. AR Collector AI, LLC is the operating entity that delivers the product to you. The license covers all collection activity conducted through the AR Collector platform. Both entities operate under a formal intercompany agreement.
Yes. Every AI call is recorded and transcribed. You can play back the audio or read the transcript directly from your dashboard. Search by customer, date, or invoice. Every interaction is fully auditable.
Your AR Collector dashboard shows total collected, call activity by channel (Voice, SMS, Email), live payment posting, customer sentiment analysis, payment probability scores, full call transcripts, and QuickBooks sync status — all updating in real time as your customers are contacted and invoices are paid.
When AR Collector sends an SMS or email to your customer, it includes a direct Stripe payment link specific to that invoice. Your customer taps the link, pays in one click from any device, and the funds go directly to your account — not ours. The payment automatically syncs back to QuickBooks and stops all future outreach for that invoice.
Core compliance language — required disclosures, opt-out instructions, creditor name — is fixed by law and handled automatically. Your business name and contact details are configured during setup. We don't allow free-form script editing, because every script operates under our CA DCLA License and has been reviewed for TCPA and FDCPA compliance. This protects you from liability.
Yes, on the Growth and Professional plans. If a customer agrees to a payment plan during a call, AR Collector logs the arrangement, suspends outreach on the invoice, and notifies you in the dashboard. You can review and approve the plan, and outreach resumes only if payments are missed.
AR Collector integrates with QuickBooks Online via secure OAuth. QuickBooks Desktop is not currently supported — Desktop users will need to migrate to QuickBooks Online to use AR Collector. All QuickBooks Online editions (Simple Start, Essentials, Plus, Advanced) are supported.
Yes. Starter plan includes 1 user, Growth plan includes 3 users, and Professional plan includes 5 users. Each team member gets their own login, role-based permissions, and dashboard access. You can add or remove team members anytime from your account settings.
AR Collector is fully cloud-based and responsive — your dashboard works seamlessly on any mobile browser. A dedicated iOS and Android app is on our roadmap but not required to use the product. Everything works from your phone's browser today.
Each unique customer invoice synced from QuickBooks counts as one invoice slot per month. Invoice limits reset monthly. If the same customer has three separate invoices, that counts as three. AR Collector does not charge you extra if an invoice requires multiple contact attempts — one invoice equals one slot, regardless of how many calls, SMS, or emails are sent.
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% on all three plans: Starter $79/mo, Growth $159/mo, and Professional $239/mo — billed annually. Toggle to Annual on the pricing page to see these rates.
If you exceed your monthly invoice limit, AR Collector will notify you in the dashboard and pause new invoice outreach until the next billing cycle. We don't surprise you with overage charges — instead, we recommend upgrading to the next plan tier, which takes effect immediately.
Yes. If AR Collector doesn't collect a single invoice in your first 30 days of paid use, contact us for a full refund. We stand behind the product and the math — most businesses see their first recovered invoice within the first week.
AR Collector data is stored in AWS U.S. regions on enterprise-grade infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256. Backups are geographically redundant. We do not store data outside the United States.
AR Collector is actively pursuing SOC 2 Type II certification, with audit completion expected in 2026. In the interim, we maintain equivalent controls: encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, quarterly security reviews, and compliance with GLBA and CCPA data handling standards.
AR Collector accesses only four QuickBooks data categories: (1) past-due invoice details, (2) customer name and contact information, (3) invoice amount and due date, and (4) payment status (read/write — to post payments back). We never access bank accounts, credit cards, payroll, tax data, or any other QuickBooks modules.
Customer personal data accessed from QuickBooks is used solely to facilitate collection on your behalf and is retained only as long as needed to service your active collections. When you cancel your account, your customer data is preserved for 30 days for your records and then permanently deleted from our systems.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, California consumers have the right to know what personal data is collected, request deletion, and opt out of data sale. AR Collector does not sell customer data — ever. Deletion and access requests can be submitted to compliance@arcollectorai.com and are honored within the 45-day regulatory timeline.
