Can AR Collector AI follow up on progress billing for larger installs?
Yes. Each progress invoice you create in QuickBooks syncs to AR Collector AI as its own invoice and enters the sequence once it is due. On the Growth and Professional plans, if a customer agrees to a payment plan during a call, AR Collector AI logs the arrangement, suspends outreach on the invoice and notifies you in the dashboard.
Can I keep long-time commercial or property management clients from being called?

What happens when a customer pays?
When a customer pays through a Stripe or QuickBooks Payments link, the payment posts back to the correct invoice in QuickBooks automatically. Payments made by your own methods, such as wire, ACH, Zelle or PayPal, are recorded in QuickBooks by you and update in AR Collector AI automatically. Either way, outreach for that invoice stops. The money goes to your own accounts (your Stripe account, your QuickBooks Payments account, or the account in your payment instructions), never to AR Collector AI.
